WELKOM OP DE SITE VAN CULTURESCOPE

CultureScope is een initiatief van Specialisten in diversiteit! en het bureau Uitzicht op inzicht. Deze site is het startpunt voor iedereen die zich wil verdiepen in achtergronden van alle landen van de Europese Unie.

CultureScope heeft zich tot doel gesteld om het kenniscentrum te zijn voor wie zich internationaal oriënteert, bijv uit persoonlijke interesse of in het kader van vakantie, onderwijs of nieuwsgaring. Ook succes bij internationale uitwisseling en internationaal overleg en zaken doen begint in onze optiek met een gedegen voorbereiding, waarbij op het onderwerp toegespitste kennis van de cultuur van het betreffende land de basis vormt voor een geslaagde entree.

International / clients/ donations

On range of subjects and content this website is more complete than all existing EU or individual country websites. Due to lack of funds, it has not been translated thus far. The sources and links in it however are very reliable and worthwhile for researchers worldwide because they refer virtually all to texts in English (especially in the latest updates Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Latvia). With catchword culturescope we reach some 200 visitors each day (source google analytics) and with all cathwords some 4000 (Plesk), which adds up to well over a million visits each year.   This website started as a private initiative and has never been paid or subsidized. It has been on the internet for over 5 years now. If you want a comparable analysis of your (non EU) country, province, state (USA, Germany, Russian federation etc.) or region you can use the link above to get in touch. A complete analysis with all subjects in it is 3 months of work (with 35 hour weeks) and I 'll have to charge you €2500 a month for that. What you get is an analysis in plain continental European English which each world citizen can read and understand (its's up to you to let it edit by native English speakers). You can order an analyis about specific subjects as well.
